**Position:** Front Office Team Member
**Location:** Alcoa, TN
**Office Hours:** Monday - Thursday
**Starting Pay:** Competitive

**Responsibilities:**
- Greeting patients and their families with a warm and friendly smile
- Managing appointments and patient records using our computer system
- Answering phone calls and assisting with inquiries
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient front office operation
**Qualifications**
The below would be helpful, but are not required.
- Dental administrative support experience
- Proficiency in patient service and office management
- Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Knowledge of EMR systems and dental terminology
- Ability to work with dental terminology and multi-line phone systems
- Strong communication and computer skills

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
