Work Details:
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities include preparing travel and expense reimbursement vouchers, researching and purchasing office supplies, creating vacancy announcements, and overseeing the hiring process. Should have some experience in Human Resources, Budget/Finance, General Services.
Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working as an administrative assistant in a professional work environment
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and Microsoft TEAMS
- Experience with Data processing and Data Entry
- Working knowledge of Adobe PDF, Windows, etc.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
