Key Duties
- Leads the efficiency and productivity of team members by demonstrating performance standards and establishing performance objectives for the team.
- Ensures all new employees are oriented and trained on all work processes and expected performance standards.
- Evaluates the progress and improvement opportunity of team members and conducts regular performance appraisals.
- Staff all open positions at the store with quality and productive employees.
- Provides a clean, fun, and safe environment for employees and customers
- Maintain proper displays and visual merchandise, including the store's interior and exterior, in an attractive manner.
- Manages store's loss control by monitoring customers and employees and reporting suspicious activity to Loss Prevention.
- Performs any other related duties as required or assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED.
- One year of management experience
- Valid driver’s license required
- Experience in retail, production, or hospitality management is preferred.
