Job Title: Registrar
Reports To: Campus Director
Director of Operations
Summary/Objective
The registrar is responsible for maintaining student records at the campus level, and processing student enrollment, transfers, and withdrawals for the campus. He/she also maintains the academic record of all students and plans and implements the registration process for classes. He or she works with other administrators to coordinate times and locations for class meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts. Other responsibilities include keeping records of all classes and curriculum prerequisites and processing student’s graduation eligibility.
Essential Functions
1. Create and maintain confidential student files.
2. Create, maintain, and update records in the student information system.
3. Tracks enrollment and oversees the documentation and recording of student attendance.
4. Provide oversight and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all academic records of current and former students.
5. Schedule and register classes and maintain up-to-date course schedules.
6. Responsible for providing reports of grades, retention, completion, and graduation data from the student information system.
7. Communicate important and necessary information by written and or verbal means to and from students, faculty and other ACI staff as assigned.
8. Assist supervisory staff with coordination, evaluation, and certification of all licensure and graduation applications.
9. Assist supervisory staff with the issuance of student transcripts in a timely manner.
10. Perform other administrative duties as necessary related to the Registrar Department.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Eligibility Qualifications
1. High school diploma required. College Degree preferred.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of increasingly responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.
