Sojo Industries ("Sojo") is a fast-growing industrial automation company that utilizes robotics, mobility, and modularity to deliver efficient packaging and assembly solutions to the food and beverage industry.
Sojo has built and designed a sophisticated SQF-compliant facility in Bristol, PA. and Redlands, CA ("Sojo Sprint") across its eight automated lines to support a variety of packaging materials such as registered shrink, top loaded boxes, and side loaded cartons to name a few. Sojo is now adding a third variety-packaging manufacturing operation in Temple, TX to support its growing business with Fortune 500 customers and leading beverage brands. In addition, Sojo utilizes its proprietary mobile manufacturing offering, Sojo Flight, to eliminate freight costs, labor costs, packaging costs and harmful emissions while delivering on-site packaging services. We have implemented state-of-the-art Warehouse Management and Appointment Scheduling Systems.
The Sojo team is comprised of seasoned executives and operators from the food and beverage industry and customers include several Fortune 500 brands, distributors, and manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Must have packaging and project management experience.
- Manage new projects from creation to Commercial Operations hand off through coordination with Operations, Legal, Engineering and Commercial Development departments on all new projects/opportunities.
- Coordinate with Commercial Analyst to ensure successful account startup.
- Support and develop customer packaging solutions by owning the graphics and structural capabilities to meet Sojo’s equipment capabilities.
- Manage the collection of all of the required inputs to ensure proper customer and item set up.
- Maintain and update accurate information in the company’s CRM in Salesforce
- Scope potential flight opportunities by visiting potential sites to validate technical requirements
- All other duties as assigned by the Company’s Executive Leadership Team

- Travel Expectation – 15-30% – Both locally and nationally
Supplemental pay types:
- Up to 10% Annual performance bonus
