KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will report directly to the Controller and will work closely with all our Business Operations teams. This position will offer a great deal of opportunity to learn and grow as you help support a diverse group of multiple businesses.
- Performing monthly closing duties including various account reconciliations.
- Preparing management reporting documentation including P&L and Balance Sheet statements.
- Providing financial analysis and financial metrics to support operational initiatives
- Helping to continuously improve accounting policies and reporting.
- Other tasks and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Sage Intacct experience a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in Excel is vital - Advanced Excel skills required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
- Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to function well in a team environment as well as work independently
- Flexible and adaptable with ability to perform in a growing and rapidly changing environment.
