We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Scheduling Cordinatoor to join our team. As the Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Hygiene check out, ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will involve managing our busy dental office/patient schedule, delivering treatment plans and coordinating appointments

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Schedule dental appointments in person, by phone, and online
- Manage the dentist's schedule, maximizing efficiency and ensuring appointments are properly coordinated
- Verify patients' insurance coverage and inform them of any out-of-pocket expenses
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including personal information, medical history, and treatment plans
- Assist in the completion of patient registration forms and collect necessary signatures and payments
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries and concerns
- Assist with patient referrals and coordinate with other healthcare providers as necessary
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DENTAL office setting
- Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance billing processes
- Proficiency in computer systems and electronic scheduling software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
