Unsukay restaurant group is looking for a sous chef!
Unsukay is a restaurant group based in Atlanta, Georgia, created by partners Ryan Turner, Todd Mussman, and Chris Hall. Unsukay consists of five restaurant concepts: Muss & Turner’s, Eleanor’s, Local Three Kitchen & Bar, MTH Pizza and Roshambo. Unsukay’s purpose is to make people feel good and our community a better place. The term Unsukay is a genuinely fabricated word that represents the phrase, “doesn’t suck.”
At Unsukay we take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We believe that people matter most and we treat our motley crew like human beings, not faceless, nameless cogs in a machine that churns out unimaginative food like some sort of culinary assembly line. Our seasonal menus follow one mantra, “You can’t argue with delicious!”
WHAT WE’RE OFFERING
- Annual salary up to $62,000 based on experience
- Attainable quarterly bonuses for kicking ass

- Paid vacation: 5 days upon hire, additional 5 days after 6 months of employment, 15 days after 1 year of employment, 20 days after 3 years of employment.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for candidates with 1-3 years of managerial experience including, but not limited to: staff development and training, proper cooking techniques, menu costing, product sourcing and restaurant financial performances.
