Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development High End Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for developing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to identify, engage, and secure new business clients, as well as the ability to nurture and grow existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture new B2B sales opportunities provided through various channels.
- Maintain our robust pipeline of potential clients, managing leads through the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of our services and to optimize the client experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a regular basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required (or equivalent experience). Training and coaching is provided.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a call center or related industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets. Training and coaching is provided.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
- Be located in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
