Senior Plans Analyst G35
Summary
This contract is in support of the United States Army Reserve Headquarters to provide Analyst Support Services for the United States Army Reserve Headquarters.
Job Description
- SMS management (other systems as required), data input and objective development
- SMS support & IAP
- Provide analytical support to the G-3/5 Plans Section.
- Provide analytical support to the G-3/5/7 Plans Section.
- Work with assigned action officers and staff sections across the command to develop IAPs to solve identified problems and / or improve processes and performance that cannot be solved or addressed through normal staff procedures.
- Prepares command and senior leader briefs and reports concerning the status of all IAPs.
- Coach, teach, mentor, and assist in the development of others and their understanding of SMS and the IAP Process
- Develop metrics / key performance indicators within SMS to accurately capture data and associated performance
- Utilize a variety of information systems and automation tools in the completion of tasks.
- Prepare presentations, briefs, executive summaries, generate and consolidate reports to feed senior leader executive summaries
- Provide information, clarification and answer request for information
- Maintain the accuracy and provide updates to the organization SharePoint site
- Synchronize and update support plans and requirements necessary to support USAR Operations
- Conduct MDMP Analysis
- Provide G35 Planning Support to include LSCO, LSMO, Mobilization etc.
- General Officer Information update and briefs
- Customer Support

Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years’ experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher
- Command and General Staff or Sergeants Major Academy Graduate
- 7 to 10 years of Army Reserve Experience
- Experience working at the Senior Staff
- Must have a Secret Clearance
