We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented individual to join our team as an IT Support Specialist with the responsibility of maintaining the Company computer systems.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Able to install and troubleshoot Office 2010 and 2013 Suite in a Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013 environment.
- Troubleshoot Windows 7 and XP in an Active Directory environment.
- Knowledge on IP DHCP static and dynamic reservations.
- Able to troubleshoot Windows DHCP and DNS issues.
- Remote support software using Screen Connect across multiple geographic locations.
- Intermediate knowledge on VMware ESX virtualization on iSCSI storage.
- Support VoIP phones and phone system on standard SIP protocols using 3CX phone system.
- Microsoft GP 2015 on Windows RDP/Terminal Servers a PLUS!!!
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience preferred.
- Candidate must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must be able to work efficiently while dealing with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
