**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office tasks to ensure smooth operations. **Responsibilities:** - Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents. - Manage office supplies and inventory levels. - Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner. - Coordinate meetings and events, including making arrangements for catering and logistics. - Provide support to executives and staff as needed. - Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping. **Experience:** - Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably as an Administrative Assistant or similar position. - Proficiency in using office software such as Google Suite, QuickBooks, and other relevant applications. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience with event planning or order entry is a plus. - Familiarity with front desk operations and managing phone systems is advantageous. - Previous experience as a personal assistant or dental receptionist would be beneficial.
