We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Administrator in office temporarily during the summer season. The ideal candidate is motivated, energetic and a team player.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Administrator in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Organize and maintain division records, files, and documents.
- Assist in coordinating schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist with project coordination and tracking.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle inquiries.
- Provide general office support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in GP, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Organized, detail oriented and self-sufficient
- Professional, friendly, and reliable.
