Our clinic is a dynamic and supportive environment for both our team and patients. We believe in the power of holistic health and are committed to helping our patients achieve their wellness goals. We have a clinic in Chattanooga, TN and work with patients virtual all over the US. We focus on structural corrective chiropractic care, personalized supplementation, functional nutrition, detoxification, biohacking, and more.
But in order for us to grow and reach more people, we need someone to be able to run the operations for our office and be in charge of patient relations and schedule management.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Clinic Operations and Patient Relations Manager who is passionate about healthcare and excels in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. This role is crucial to the smooth operation of our clinic, requiring a blend of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Greet and assist patients with a friendly, professional attitude. Manage patient intake, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the doctor’s schedule, ensuring optimal patient flow and efficiency (up to 275 appointments a week).
- Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the doctor, patients, and other staff members.
- Financial Management: Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial transactions. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, maintain records, and ensure the clinic's compliance with health regulations and standards.
- Team Coordination: Support the clinic team in daily operations, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
We cannot stress the organizational and detailed requirement for this position. You must feel comfortable self managing, following through and closing the loop on to-do items, be able to implement new systems, self learner, and self starter.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office management software and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach, with a commitment to providing outstanding service to our patients.
- Managerial Experience of 2 years +
