Job Summary: We are actively seeking a full-time bookkeeper for our accounting department. As a bookkeeper in our company, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations for our franchisees and the businesses they manage. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, conducting reconciliations, and performing financial reviews. You will be an essential liaison between our company and the franchisees, ensuring smooth financial transactions and adherence to financial protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management:
- Process invoices accurately and timely.
- Verify expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Initiate payments and maintain proper documentation.
- Record payments received accurately in the system.
- Reconciliations:
- Conduct daily/monthly reconciliations of bank statements
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliations.
- Financial Reviews:
- Perform periodic financial reviews and ensure books are accurate and compliant.
- Prepare financial reports for management review.
- Review financial statements monthly with franchisees and provide guidance and recommendations
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees regarding financial matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address financial concerns and implement solutions.
- Provide support and training to franchisees on financial processes and procedures.

Location & hours:
This position is in-house at the Lehi, Utah headquarters located in the Thanksgiving Point area offering breathtaking 360-degree mountain views, abundant natural light, and open-concept cubicles.
Full-time employees will receive company benefits. All positions are in-house, no remote or hybrid option.
Expected hours:
M-TH 8:30am-5:00pm.
Fri 8:30am-12:30pm.
