Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. As All American flooring’s Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our day-to-day activities run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality for our team and customers. If you have a passion for process optimization, quality control, and team leadership, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Oversee installation processes, ensuring projects are completed on time and to high-quality standards.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Streamline and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce claims to enhance and maintain exceptional customer service.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.
- Manage collections, ensuring timely and effective resolution of outstanding payments.
- Manage the operations budget, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in operations management in flooring or any related industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using software and tools for inventory management and process optimization.
- Proficiency in RFMS software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
