Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Train and supervise employees to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accurate cash register operations.
- Monitor food production to maintain quality and freshness standards.
- Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Create and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in kitchen management, food production, or restaurant management is required.
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Familiarity with the food industry, including food handling and safety regulations.
- Culinary background or experience in hospitality management is a plus.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers, employees, and suppliers.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and bartending skills is desirable.
