We are looking for candidates that can work in a customer service centric collections call center.
This applicant will need to be solution orientated while providing exceptional customer service for our owner base while looking to remind them why they purchased their vacation product and helping them bring their account current.
What will I be doing?
Working in a Call Center making outbound and taking inbound phone calls to customers.
- Documenting each of our customer interactions, conversations and payment arrangements.
- Meet daily (100 calls per day), Weekly and monthly goals for the department.
- Ability to negotiate payments via telephone, email.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Excellent computer skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to pass background check, drug screening and credit check
What we are looking for:
- Call center experience required.
- 2 years’ experience in customer service preferred.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Professional verbal and written communications skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of FDCPA, CFPB, FDIC.
- Experience in MS office applications. (MS Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Must be a person who can balance and split their skill set between customer service and collections.
