Some of the key responsibilities include:
*Responsibilities may include additional tasks according to the needs of the department and the organization*
· Boost sales by generating referrals from existing and potential accounts.
· Build and maintain relationships with contract referral sources.
· Conduct individual / Group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.
- Conduct individual/group presentations for health care professionals, seniors and others in order to reach Medicaid eligible home care patients.
- Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals to contracts sources.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
- Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous health care marketing experience (Home Care preferred).
- Knowledge of Home Care/Medicaid eligibility.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
