Customer Service Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Greeting clients and visitors including answering caller inquiries
- Enter all new client information into the customer relationship management system (sugar).
- Ensure that Power of Attorney is provided to each creditor to acknowledge client representation
- Process Settlement Letters and Stipulations to clients and creditors.
- Process any cancellations and/or completion of all clients
- Position provides day-to-day support to clients via email and telephone
- Review and document all account information from internal departments as well as client requests
- Work with clients and explain the process
- Assist other departments in the processing of Client requests and communicate changes to schedules or Clients needs promptly.
- Backup fellow teammates in absence of co-worker

- Can comfortably deal with change and navigate with little guidance
Experience/Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Attention to detail
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Previous office experience preferred, but not required
