Our professional office is currently looking for a dynamic individual to be our Office Manager; someone who has excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

The ideal candidate must be a flexible, innovative self-starter with ambition to grow and tackle new challenges, and will have experience in managing an office environment both physically and digitally, as they will be required to manage client data as it moves through our accounting reporting processes. They will also manage internal and external communication channels to ensure accurate information is being captured and conveyed to internal staff and clients. In addition to serving individuals, we serve small businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest, so having any experience in bookkeeping, QuickBooks, and small business accounting will be a plus, but is not required. Job Responsibilities
*Duties include managing incoming calls and emails, welcoming clients, and managing schedules/workflow for multiple team members
*Facilitate the flow of data in internal systems from initial intake and onboarding to final reporting
*Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and accuracy, and communicate with tax preparers to provide exceptional service to clients
*Physical and digital record keeping, task coordination, managing day-to-day operations of the office and other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
*Must have previous work experience in a professional office environment
*Must be technologically savvy and have willingness to troubleshoot (Microsoft Office, Excel, Google based products, and cloud-based services, etc.)
*Experience with QuickBooks preferred
*Must be able to work independently
*Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
*Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and external contacts to the organization
*Ability to interface well within the organization and to represent the firm in a highly professional manner
*Proven ability to manage multiple diverse tasks at one time *Must dress for a professional office environment
*Must pass a criminal background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $46,680.00 - $55,000.00 per year
