Spraying Systems Co. is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead growth initiatives surrounding state-of-the-art testing & modeling services, as well as the launch of new products which utilize precision optics/lasers, machine learning, AI, and other innovative technologies. Fulfillment of responsibilities will include executing on a planned strategy, developing promotional materials, communications, and multi-media projects; conducting market research, assisting our Sales Team, and other activities on a case-by-case basis as we continue to grow. This individual will report to and work with the company’s Chief Science Officer.
POSITION SPECIFICS:
- Manage marketing efforts designed to generate leads, target identified opportunities and engage customers through email marketing campaigns, customized content, and some social media channels.
- Implement new ways to engage and identify new professional industry, industry associations, and social networks to reach our target customers.
- Create compelling, engaging content to support integrated strategy leveraging both traditional and digital marketing tactics including webinars, launch communications, campaigns, sales meetings, and other events as required.

POSITION SPECIFICS:
- Conduct market research and industry news to identify trends, issues, and opportunities relating to our products and growth platforms.
- Work with / co-create with multi-functional, global teams in support of product launch and promotion, sales enablement, and customer experience.
- Drive media plan, editorial calendar and internal and external communications.
- Manage and update microsite, including SEO review, on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing (MBA Preferred), Communications or Business
- 3+ years relevant experience in technical or B2B manufacturing company preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe CS, Marketing Automation platforms, and CRM
- Familiarity with HTML, Word Press or Wix for microsite updates
- Experience with Google Analytics, SEO and page rank analysis
- Fast and willing learner of scientific and technical products and their industry uses
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
