Employment Type: Full-Time/M-F 1st shift
Purpose: The primary purpose of the CNC Operator/Production Assembler is to produce conforming high quality parts efficiently usin machinery and tools.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a variety of CNC Machines to produce product.
- Assembly sub assembly of products.
- Work with sheetmetal, drilling and deburring parts.
- Work with blueprints, and engineering instructions.
- Complete in-process inspection reports to assure product conformity.
- Ability to operate general shop machinery.
- Complete scheduled machine maintenance as necessary.
- Manage and sustain a safe clean work environment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Other duties as needed.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have one year of experience working on CNC machines or one year of assembly experience.
- Must be able to read and speak English.
- Must be able to follow detailed instructions.
- Available M-F and O/T as necessary, nights & weekends.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical Requirements:
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to wear P.P.P. as required.
- Corrected vision to 20 20.
- Able to lift 50lbs. on a regular basics.
