Harrell & Hall Enterprises, Inc. is looking for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our accounting team in Alabaster, AL. Must have knowledge of accounting, accounts payable processes and, functionalities.
Data Entry Clerk Requirements:
- Ability to reliable commute to our office in Alabaster, AL, this is an on-site position
- Microsoft Excel experience required
- Great Plains Dynamics software experience, preferred
- Ability to multitask
Data Entry Clerk Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify and classify invoices to be entered
- Computing, posting and recording accounts
- Reconciling invoices according to established policies and procedures in an efficient, timely and accurate manner
Data Entry Clerk Pay & Perks:
- $700.00 per week based on experience, paid weekly (direct deposit available)
- 8 am - 5 pm Monday through Friday, full-time position in office setting
