Description:Casa Serena is a residential substance use, mental health, trauma and eating disorder treatment center for women only. We are currently looking to add creative, compassionate and innovative individuals to the team in the position of Operations Coordinator!

Primary Purpose and Function
The Operations Coordinator oversees operations at the residential and outpatient facilities and is responsible for The Joint Commission Environment of Care.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities*
- Various department assistance as needed
- Work in tandem with the Scheduling Department
- Manage the company wide EMR (KIPU)
- Train staff on new systems and procedures
- Manage designated staff timecards
- Complete TJC monthly items including onsite safety walkthroughs for Administrator
- Assist with Medical Record Retrieval
- Manage company-wide electronics
- Provide direct assistance to the CEO as needed
Requirements:Core Competency (minimum skills, knowledge and experience needed to perform essential functions and responsibilities)
- Google Suite
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- Training
- Electronic Medical Records (KIPU)
- Knowledge of HIPAA Requirements, Joint Commission (TJC) and other licensing bodies
- Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
- Possess a professional demeanor and a collaborative spirit
- Have a general understanding and/or training in cultural diversity issues
Preferred Qualifications
- One year of administrative experience preferred
- One year of google suite experience preferred
- Experience working in a treatment center or behavioral health preferred
- Experience with electronic medical records a plus, KIPU specifically preferred

Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
