Minimum Position Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in aerospace medicine or military primary care in the past 5 years.

Minimum of 2 years of experience consistent with a prior flight and operational medical technician (4N0X1F), core aerospace medical service (4N0X1), or equivalent sister service positions. Relevant experience would include performing operational medicine clearances (ex: Periodic Health Assessments (PHA), Deployment Related Health Assessments (DRHA), Separation History & Physical Exam (SHPE), retraining/reclassification, overseas clearances, Palace Chase/Palace Front (PC/PF) and interpreting and applying medical standards.

For LVN/LPN candidates, clinically current and able to meet credentialing requirements of 88th medical treatment facility.

Experience utilizing military Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and other military Health Information Technology (HIT).

Ability to critically think, problem solve, and effectively communicate through both writing and speech.

Have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. The NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.
Desired Qualifications

Lean or Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification and prior instructional experience (e.g., Basic Cardiac Life Support) is desired.

Program Management Professional (PMP) training/certification experience is desired.
