We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Immigration Attorney to handle a wide range of family-based matters and removal defense. Key Responsibilities for immigration attorney:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze complex immigration issues.
- Draft and prepare various legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings.
- Represent clients effectively in court proceedings and hearings.
- Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are upheld.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal staff on case strategies to optimize client outcomes.
- Remain informed about legislative changes and adaptations within the immigration law sector.
Qualifications for immigration attorney:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 1-2 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in family-based immigration matters and removal defense.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in drafting legal documents and experienced in litigation.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish highly preferred to effectively serve our client base.
