Job Summary
The desired candidate is an individual that will provide professional customer service to residents and guests of the Forest Creek Community. Use of a online computer database to electronically search, confirm, and record traffic is the primary job duty. This position is also responsible for receiving, sorting, and placing mail in the appropriate mailbox at the security gate. The gate is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shift work, weekend work, and holiday work is required.
Responsibilities and Duties
Verify persons entering the community
Report occurrences & incidents
Answer phones, take messages, return calls
create and edit reports using an online reporting tool
Community Patrol & Citation Issuance within written guidelines
Mail sorting & package handling (no vehicle delivery)
Qualifications and Skills
Customer service experience
Private Security Experience
Flexible availability is mandatory
Weekend work is required, schedules do not rotate
Modern PC & Smart Phone Operation
Valid North Carolina Driver's License
