The People & Culture Business Partner and Associate Experience Lead is part of a global team and reports to the Americas Head of People & Culture. The Business Partner will serve as a resource to the North American associate base, with some global responsibilities and projects, including but not limited to the following:
- Support the North America Head of People & Culture in overseeing day-to-day operations of the of the People & Culture function
- Perform generalist duties including, but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; talent acquisition, employee recognition, and morale; and training and development.
- Ensure that all hired associates participate in onboarding and facilitating the offboarding of departing associates.
- Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, associates, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
- Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, culture, employee experience, talent management, and employment law.
- Respond to requests for general information such as data reports, employment verification and unemployment inquiries
- Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Support America and EMEA Heads of People & Culture in the execution of our global Associate Experience agenda, including but not limited to:
- Champion global culture and values, including planning and executing values-based activities and content
- Create and execute the calendar of professional, cultural, and social events designed to engage our global associate population
- Create and manage global P&C communications strategy and calendar; draft and distribute relevant communications
- Partner with Chief of Staff to curate agenda and content for All-Teams Meetings in alignment with company values, business objectives, and key people agenda items
- Design, execute, analyze, and provide recommendations on Employee Engagement via annual and pulse surveys
- Collaborate globally to deliver meaningful employee recognition programs
- Refresh and support World 50 Group’s employment value proposition and public-facing recruiting brand, materials, and process
- Oversee Learning Management System, bringing content onto the platform and driving engagement with the portal
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field required.
- At least five to seven years of human resource experience preferred.
