Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the Aloha POS system
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Clear tables and assist with bussing duties as needed
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Follow food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of food
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality required
- Familiarity with Lightspeed POS system is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and processing payments

Pay: $22.94 - $50.00 per hour
