Customer Service Representative
This is a fully in person position
Responsibilities:
- Great all customer with a great attitude and smile
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers at events
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and issue resolution
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions
- Be the face of our clients while spreading awareness about upcoming promotions
- Collaborate with other team members in a dynamic, upbeat environment
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great attitude, regardless of the interaction
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions on the spot
- Experience in face to face sales
- Proficient in using modern technology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- College degree preferred
