Role Description
We are interviewing full-time/part-time on-site roles for a Registered Nurse, a Licensed Practical Nurse, or Certified Medical Assistant.
The CMA/LPN role will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks including assisting clinicians with patient care, managing medical records and documentation, supporting daily office operations, and communicating effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals.
The RN/LPN role will be responsible for monitor patients' labs, refill medications, and doing physical assessments. They will help in educating patients on hormone therapy, injection techniques, education, and interacting with patients and clients on a daily basis. Both roles will encompass managerial duties in assisting this clinic continues to operate efficiently.
Qualifications
- Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology skills
- Experience working in a medical office environment
- Patient Care skills, including phlebotomy
- Experience managing medical records and documentation
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required or Registered Nurse (RN) certification or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.

- Greet and communicate with clients
- Keep office in order
- Answer customers' questions and address concerns
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them or take messages
- Check, sort, and forward emails
- Phlebotomy duties for clients
- Educate clients on Optimal Recovery Modalities
- Educate clients on various injection therapies
- Charting in EMR
- Appointment Scheduling
- Assist clients with utilizing Recovery Modalities (Cryo/Sauna/Compression)
