Luxe Redux Bridal is a high-end, designer bridal boutique company that offers brides luxury, designer gowns at a discounted price. Currently, Luxe Redux Bridal consists of 8 brick-and-mortar locations (and growing) and online, with our disruptor ship to home box service, Luxe in a Box.

Now, let’s talk #workperks! While bridal is a niche market of retail – our hours certainly don’t reflect those of traditional retail hours [goodbye early mornings + late, late nights!]. Also, pop the champs, we are CLOSED on all those special holidays where big box retail finds it revenue-worthy to be open. Our Store Manager’s schedule will correlate with our boutique hours, with weekends required.
The Store Manager will be responsible for individual and store sales, customer experience, daily operations, and employee development. This position is expected to lead, manage, retain, and hold the team accountable. This position will work collaboratively with our other boutique teams, and report directly to the District Sales Manager.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience and proven history of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- 2+ years of Retail Sales Manager background, bridal experience or in a specialty, boutique setting is a plus!
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accountability for oneself and store team KPIs.
- Experience in tasks such as team scheduling, training, and recruitment.
- Experience and comfortability in handling disciplinary actions and accountability discussions.
- Strong organizational skills as it pertains to store operations + brand standards.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to lift up to 35 pounds and handle store shipping and receiving.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Apple products; CRM, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

Salary: Base salary starting between $45,000 - $55,000 with additional individual and store bonuses and commission opportunities!
