Guest Service Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience for all visitors.
Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Process reservations, cancellations, and payments accurately
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality and/or excellent customer service preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid work history a plus
- Knowledge of hotel front desk operations a plus but not mandatory for employment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in night audit procedures
- Familiarity with various hotel management systems

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
