Entry Level Business Management Responsibilities:
- Educate and qualify consumers on the fundamentals of our services, products, and packages
- Effectively great and enroll members to appropriate plans based on member's needs and eligibility
- Seamlessly navigate difficult conversations with customers and demonstrate empathy and discretion around confidential information
- Meet the performance goals established for the team in the following areas: effectiveness, efficiency, consumer satisfaction, and conflict resolution
- Must attend meetings and training to remain current on all communicated changes in process and policies/guidelines
- Maximize the use of community services, support programs, and resources available to customers
- Propensity to quickly build rapport and respond to customers with courteousness and a sense of urgency
Entry Level Business Management Qualifications:
- High School Diploma and one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, i.e., Customer Service, Sales, or Leadership
- Talent to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, determine immediate requests and identify the current and future needs of consumers
- Proficient problem-solving techniques to quickly assess and resolve issues swiftly
- Empathetic and compassionate demeanor in high-stress scenarios
- Adjustability to change and passion for completing any task with total effort
- Trustworthy and dependable with confidentiality of sensitive information
