The Taylor Law Firm, LLC is a fast-paced, boutique sized personal injury firm located in Marietta, Georgia. We have been serving the Atlanta area since 2018. We are dedicated to fighting for our clients to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve. We do not just settle, we fight!
This is a full-time exempt position. You will be responsible for managing your pre-litigation caseload, generating demand letters, initiating and overseeing the litigation process, negotiating pre litigation matters, any other duties and responsibilities that are reasonable and consistent with your position. You agree to devote your full business time, attention and best efforts to the performance of your duties. Additionally, attorney should have 5 years experience with litigation, including trial. We are looking for an individual that has authentic passion for people and who is professional yet aggressive in their negotiation strategies. This individual has excellent communication skills with people from diverse backgrounds, has empathy for those we serve and a desire to successfully resolve clients' injury claims both in and out of the courtroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing the validity of cases, creating legal documents, organizing case information and reviewing laws and regulations. We offer our attorneys a flexible/hybrid schedule. Additionally, you will receive a bonus on each settled case.
Requirements:
- License in good standing to practice law in Georgia.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients
- Must have Plaintiff or Defendant Personal Injury experience
- Strong time management skills required.
- Must be able to multi-task and handle tasks quickly and tactfully with all levels of Firm personnel and the public.

- Initiate welcome calls with new clients
- Gather case details such as photos, treatment information & insurance information
- Conduct settlements proceedings
- Negotiate all liens and final balances with all treating providers
- Correspond with medical providers to ensure clients are receiving adequate medical treatment
- Assist with property damage when needed
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must possess strong negotiation skills
