Job Summary:

Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Upsell products and services to increase sales
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
Experience:
- Strong phone etiquette skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus (especially Spanish)
- Prior experience in customer service or sales roles preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Proficiency in data entry and outbound calling
