Job Summary:
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Finished Goods Inventory Manager on any necessary inventory needs regarding Apparel, Merchandise and Global finished goods. A successful inventory coordinator is a reliable worker, able to physically work on single tasks for four hours at a time. They possess great attention to detail and numbers. The goal of this position is to take direction well and complete tasks assigned to them about inventory needs within the department and logistics.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive finished goods with appropriate SOPs
Tag all finished goods with appropriate barcodes
Assist in the generation of barcodes - Create barcode labels generated through maestro.com, google sheets & excel
Quality Control- Ensure that the barcode is scannable both on POS systems and Topshelf Scanners and communicate with supervisor when they are not
Restock inventory bins online, in overstock, and occasionally in shop overstock
Perform weekly and monthly inventory counting using Topshelf Scanners
Organize and maintain barcode & Purchase Order Binders and filing cabinets
Organize and maintain inventory in logistics’ racks, overstock racks and storefront overstock
Communicate needs to Forklift Drivers when moving large amounts of products from one building to another
Assist Logistics team when issues arise regarding Finished Goods inventory
Help with customer service returns - quality control check, retagging, and restocking
Use monday.com to communicate with team about to-do list and priority tasks
Check emails daily and use email, Teams, and calendars for effective communication through the department
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and proficient math skills
Knowledge of, and/or willingness to learn: Excel, Topshelf, Mastro Label Creator, Monday.com and Logistics systems, Skubana
Clear and professional email etiquette
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Self-motivated and able to foresee tasks that may not be listed but need to be done
Willing to learn and grow as a team member
A desire to learn new things and stay organized
