Full Job Description
Frank Pepe’s Pizzeria in Waterbury CT, is looking for 2 prep cooks to join our 50-person strong team. We are located at 130 Reidville Dr Waterbury CT 06705. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and reliable.
Responsibilities:
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies, roll dough, slice cheese, and roast toppings to our standards. Work with the pizza cook and front-of-house teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met. Make fresh dough nightly according to our recipe.
Qualifications:
Cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred. Able to meet all scheduling commitments. Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail
