We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Clinical Technician/Admin Assistant to join our team at Speech Tactics. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and clinical assistance to various therapy departments. Your contributions will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth operation of our clinic and ensuring the well-being of our young patients. This part-time position has the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and the clinic's needs.

Administrative Support

Assist in scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and handling phone calls.

Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Assist with billing and insurance verification when needed.

Clinical Data Entry

Accurately enter clinical data into our electronic health records (EHR) system.

Ensure that patient records are up-to-date and complete.

Psychological Assessment Support

Collaborate with clinicians to score psychological assessments and tests.

Maintain precise records of assessment scores.

Therapy Material Assistance

Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to create and organize therapy materials tailored to the specific needs of each patient

Assist in maintaining an organized inventory of therapy materials.

Storage Maintenance
-
Organize and maintain storage areas for therapy materials, ensuring cleanliness and accessibility.

Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or equipment issues.

Clinical Inventory Tracking

Maintain records of clinical supplies and equipment, ensuring they are readily available for use.

Coordinate restocking of supplies and equipment as required.

Other Duties

Provide support to therapy departments in various administrative and clinical tasks

Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced pediatric therapy center.

Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in a healthcare field is a plus).
- Previous experience in clinical or administrative roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, healthcare processes, and electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Initiative, problem-solving abilities, and self-management are essential.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Compassion, patience, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to pediatric patients.
Working Hours:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The role has the potential to transition to full-time based on performance and clinic needs.
