Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong office management skills, computer literacy, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with the Project Manager
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Work directly with our commercial customers a
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and transcribing
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Create Excel spreadsheets and track billing
