Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems such as Salesforce, Ceridian, ADP, and Paylocity.
- Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files.
- Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct data entry and generate reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR coordination or related administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems such as Salesforce, Ceridian, ADP, or Paylocity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Note: Experience with Lever or Dayforce is a plus but not required.
