The Finance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring financial stability and growth by implementing effective financial strategies and maintaining compliance with regulations.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, compliance management, financial statement preparation, forecasting, leadership, general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, accounts payable, cost control, and regulatory reporting. The successful candidate will lead the finance team in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis to guide strategic decision-making processes
- Manage compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Forecast financial trends and provide insights for future planning
- Lead the finance team to ensure efficient general ledger accounting
- Reconcile balance sheets and oversee accounts payable processes
- Implement cost control measures to optimize financial resources
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time

Skills:
- Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting
