Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance operations of our facility. Duties: - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime - Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identifying any issues or potential problems - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance services - Manage the preventive maintenance program, ensuring all scheduled maintenance tasks are completed on time - Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, implementing effective solutions - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies - Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes Requirements: - Proven experience in maintenance management or a similar role - Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and procedures - Proficient in low voltage and high voltage systems - Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software - Excellent supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Experience in project management is preferred - Knowledge of facilities management is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
