Looking for a Customer Service Representative for the Dispatch Desk at a flight school. This position is the first interaction for new and returning customers, and serves a the key central communications hub for all departments - maintenance, operations, and administration. We are a medium sized business, looking for dependability and good personality fit. Customer Service background a must, and Aviation experience preferred.
Responsibilities to include:
- Meet and greet customers
- Answer phones, route calls, make reservations
- Oversee fleet location coordinating with maintenance team
- Dispatch aircraft to students and renters
- Check-in flights and invoice customers
