- Prepare immigrant employment-base petitions under preference category EB-1
- Prepare and file immigration applications for clients seeking both immigrant and non-immigrant visas from USCIS, e.g. E2, L1, TN, E3, etc
- Strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be a highly motivated professional that can take initiative, and work independently as well as within a team.
- Supervise the cases prepared by the paralegal team and provide legal guidance on complex immigration matters
- Interviewing prospective clients; rendering legal advice; preparation of legal documents; developing a caseload
- Analyze, plan, and respond to Request for Further Evidence (RFEs).
- Participates in case outcome, evidence analysis, legal argument improvement, etc.

- Collects in-depth information on immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions and assesses the information to develop a comprehensive case management plan.
- Plans the specific objectives, goals, and actions designed to meet the client’s case needs, using action-oriented and time-specific abilities
- Uses extensive knowledge of US immigration law and conducts legal research and writing to ensure successful case management and completion.
- Communicates with clients both orally and in writing and provides excellent customer service in person-to-person situations.

Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
