Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities
· Understands and adheres to established company policies and procedures
· Record and report changes in client’s physical condition, behavior, appearance and/or needs to supervisor
· Provides light housekeeping tasks essential to the client’s environment
· Meal preparation and feeding, as required
· Provided medication reminders
· Provides companionship services that stimulate, encourage and assist an individual
· Provides personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting
· Assist with ambulation, including the use of walkers and wheelchairs, when applicable
· Attends in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary
Position Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED
· Must maintain and hold HCA registry.
· Shall have successfully completed background, DMV, TB and physical screening and drug test.
· Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance if applicable
