DUTIES:

Coach participants towards developing satisfying, hopeful, and fulfilling lives as fined by the program participant.

Assist participants in identifying and pursuing their recovery goals.

Maintain records, EHR, and documentation as required by Spurwink or State Agencies.

Actively uses relevant aspects of motivational interviewing, life coaching, WRAP, and peer support to engage participants.

Attend medical and dental appointments as appropriate, with patient, for support and/or advocacy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, two-year degree/some college preferred. Certified Intentional Peer Support Specialist (CIPSS) certification and/or Certified Recovery Coach certification required. If not certified - must take Peer Support 101 within 30 days of hire and CIPSS certified within 1 year of employment.
