The Resident Services/Leasing Coordinator is a face person for our property management team and ensures that the overall quality of our resident’s experience meets the company’s established standards and complies with all applicable laws.

What You Will Do:
- Successfully complete all training provided by the company with regards to accounting, fair housing, marketing, leasing, customer service, etc.
- Answer and report all leasing traffic and phone calls.
- Schedule freight elevator for move-ins and move-outs.
- Organize and manage inventory list of products used by leasing and management.
- Develop full knowledge of application information required to screen a prospective resident
- Shop competitive properties as requested
- Assist with company sponsored resident events
- Adhere to “Onni Leasing Guide”
- Fill out guest cards in a timely manner
- Wear the company approved attire
- Correctly complete all leasing paperwork & correctly file and manage paperwork as per the company’s policies and procedures.
- Support the leasing team with the assistance of file checklist tasks.
- Implement print, internet, and outreach marketing as directed by supervisor.
- Maintain exceptional standard of leasing office, tour path, and model apartments.
- Review unit turn requirements with supervisor prior to move-ins.
- Complete final inspection of apartments prior to new move-ins and completes move-in apartment inspections with new residents.
- Places move-in gifts in all units prior to the new resident moving in.
- Help plan and host monthly resident functions as directed by supervisor.
- Provide exceptional service to customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Promotes and participates in Company sponsored training programs and ensures the participation of all maintenance staff as required.
- Complies with Companies policies and procedures, safety rules and regulations, and all applicable local, state and federal laws.
- Show the willingness and ability to perform any and all duties of a Leasing Coordinator to the benefit of the property.
- Carry out any other duties related to this position for the benefit of the property.
What You Will Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
