As Manager of Compensation, you will lead the charge in shaping and driving our compensation programs. This position is responsible for overseeing the strategy and implementation for both provider and employee compensation. This position can be remote or in person at Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, Montana. To be eligible to work remotely for Logan Health, you must reside in one of the approved states listed at the bottom of this posting.
In the Manager, Compensation role, your aim and objectives will correspond with the following:
Spearheads all compensation functions from job evaluations to incentive plans, ensuring innovation and strategy.
Partners closely with LH leadership to craft a competitive and compliant provider compensation program. Ensuring that base pay, incentive pay, and performance management program remain competitive and motivate our team.
Directs provider compensation calculations, fair market value assessments, and incentive plan modeling.
Drives the development and administration of diverse compensation programs with creativity and effectiveness.
Directs the meticulous collection and analysis of market data, shaping our strategic decisions for both employees and providers
Ensures seamless alignment of our compensation framework, reflecting our values and goals.
Conducts comprehensive job analyses, recommending optimal pay grades and titles while staying compliant.
Revamps job descriptions and pricing methodologies to attract top talent.
Proposes imaginative solutions to address evolving compensation needs, keeping us competitive.
Manages participation in salary surveys, turning data into actionable insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of leadership experience, healthcare experience preferred.
Experience leading physician/provider compensation strategy required.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Minimum of one (1) of the following required:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, health administration, accounting, finance, or related field and 3+ years leading strategic compensation programs for both employees and providers.
7+ years of experience leading strategic compensation programs for both employees and providers.
Relevant certifications such as PHR/SHRM-CP, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or CCP, and 5+ years leading strategic compensation programs for both employees and providers.
